great staff and incredible location right next to everything, everything was brand-new. had great room with a view of the water, and i couldn't ask for more. had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, it were just what i needed.

Our room with a view of the water was beautifully decorated and quiet with extremely comfy beds. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and terry cloth robes was a bonus. - We loved the perfect location next to the harbor in the beautiful area.

The location is mind-blowing, with an amazing view and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The cleanliness is super, and the hot water is very nice. The noise from the area is jaw-dropping, but when you close the windows, it's absolutely quiet. The quiet mode of the air-conditioning is a pleasant surprise, not annoying at all! The rooftop terrace is fantastic for drinks at night. The staff are friendly and available. The room facing the sea is beautiful and luxurious. The central location is convenient with well-designed and comfortable amenities. The exclusive rooftop provides a magical experience. The light-blocking curtains are a nice touch. The Wi-Fi, luggage storage, paid airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. No pets are allowed, and there are non-smoking rooms.

The privileged location of the guesthouse at the pedestrian area of the port allowed me to be close to the most important sightseeing, taverns, coffee shops, and bars in the city. It was like being in the heart of all the action.
Minor issue: Locked safety deposit box.
